We are seeking an accomplished, patient-centered Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon to join our growing practice. Position Summary
The Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon is responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating diseases, injuries, and defects involving the mouth, jaws, face, head, and neck. This role requires advanced surgical expertise, exceptional clinical judgment, and a commitment to providing safe, evidence-based, patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities
As an Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon, you will:
Perform a broad range of oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures with clinical autonomy. Potential exists for hospital based surgery and trauma call if desired.

Qualifications
Required
Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school.

Completion of an accredited Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency program.

Current state dental license or eligibility for licensure.

DEA registration or eligibility to obtain.

Current BLS and ACLS certifications.

GA permit to administer IV sedation and/or general anesthesia
Excellent surgical, diagnostic, and clinical decision-making skills.

Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and patient education abilities.

Commitment to delivering exceptional patient experiences and clinical excellence.

Preferred
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.

Experience with All-on-X and full-arch implant rehabilitation.

Interest in mentoring, leadership, and practice growth initiatives.

Strong relationship-building skills with referring providers.
