Join a Growing, State-of-the-Art Oral Surgery Practice
Anne Arundel Surgical Arts is seeking a skilled, compassionate, and motivated Oral &
Maxillofacial Surgeon to join our growing, patient-centered practice. This is an exceptional
opportunity to build a thriving surgical practice with a highly trained clinical team, advanced
technology, and a strong referral network.
Compensation & Benefits
Guaranteed base annual salary starting at $500,000
- with performance base production incentives
$20,000 sign-on bonus
Partnership/ownership opportunity after 12mths (non-DSO affiliation)
401(k) with employer contribution
Fully equipped, state-of-the-art surgical facility
Experienced clinical and administrative support team
Responsibilities
Perform the full scope of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, including wisdom tooth removal, dental
implant placement and bone grafting, full-arch implant rehabilitation, IV sedation and office-based
anesthesia, oral pathology, dentoalveolar surgery, and management of facial infections and trauma.
Build and maintain strong relationships with referring dentists and specialists.
Provide exceptional patient care with professionalism and compassion.
Collaborate with an experienced team dedicated to outstanding clinical outcomes.
Qualifications
DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
Completion of an accredited Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency
Board Certified or Board Eligible
Eligible for Maryland dental licensure
DEA registration and anesthesia permit
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
