Dentist Headhunter is seeking a full-time Oral Surgeon for a busy, established private practice near Tampa, Florida. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing surgical program with strong patient demand, immediate case flow, and a supportive clinical team.

The practice offers:
Dedicated surgical assistants
CRNA support for anesthesia
Strong internal referral network
Clinical autonomy
Modern technology and efficient systems
Full-time schedule with consistent surgical volume
Procedures include:
Extractions and impacted wisdom teeth
Bone grafting and alveoplasty
Implant placement
Additional OMFS procedures based on provider preference
Compensation & Benefits:
$600,000 – $800,000+ earning potential

Requirements:
DDS or DMD
CODA-accredited OMFS residency
Active Florida license and anesthesia permit
Board Certified or Board Eligible
DEA, ACLS, and BLS certifications
