Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities
Location: Serving Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco & Hernando Counties, FL
Compensation: $600–$2,000 per day

Just Pull It Dental is expanding and looking for experienced Dentists with strong extraction skills to join our growing team. Our practice is dedicated exclusively to extractions and minor oral surgery, allowing providers to spend more time treating patients and less time dealing with insurance complexities or production-driven expectations.
With over 45,000 successful extractions performed, we’ve created an efficient clinical model that emphasizes quality care, provider autonomy, and exceptional patient experiences.
Position Summary
This opportunity is ideal for dentists who enjoy oral surgery procedures and want to practice in a fast-paced environment centered around urgent dental care. Whether you’re seeking a full-time or part-time schedule, you’ll be supported by an experienced clinical team that allows you to focus on delivering outstanding treatment.
What You’ll Do
Perform simple and surgical tooth extractions
Evaluate patients and determine appropriate treatment options
Deliver safe, compassionate, and efficient patient care
Explain procedures, recovery expectations, and post-operative instructions
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment records
Collaborate with dental assistants and clinical staff to ensure efficient patient flow
Follow all OSHA, infection control, and clinical standards
Help create a positive, professional experience for every patient
Qualifications
Active Florida Dental License required
Minimum of 5 years of extraction experience preferred
Experience performing both routine and surgical extractions
Strong clinical judgment and procedural skills
Excellent communication and patient relationship skills
Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care
Comfortable working in a high-volume clinical environment
Schedule Options
Full-Time or Part-Time
Monday through Friday availability
Evening shifts available
Weekend opportunities available
