Job Summary
We are hiring for an Oral Surgery Assistant within our back office team and looking for someone with strong communication, patient care, and teamwork skills as well as prior dental office experience and the ability to work effectively with others in an environment committed to excellence.
Responsibilities
Performing both clinical and administrative tasks to support the oral surgeon and the team
Preparing the surgical room
Sterilizing instruments
Chairside assistance
Monitoring patients
Providing post-operative instructions
Maintaining a clean and organized surgical environment
Requirements
Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient education and care coordination.
Experience in a dental office.
Strong understanding of medical terminology, dental terminology, anatomy knowledge, and infection control practices.
Commitment to maintaining high standards of patient care within a collaborative team environment.
