Oral Surgery Assistant – 25 to 35 hours weekly (Westmont, IL and Elmwood Park, IL)

Responsibilities:
Assist the surgeon with general anesthesia & surgical procedures
Prepare and sterilize instruments and patient rooms
Set up surgical trays
Take patient x-rays
Maintain accurate clinical records
Provide post-op instructions and after-care guidance to patients
Ensure all equipment and clinical areas are clean, tidy, and sterile
Other related office and surgical duties as needed
Qualifications:
Prior experience in oral surgery assisting is preferred
Anesthesia Monitoring Certification preferred
