Oral Surgery Assistant

Responsibilities
Assist oral surgeon during surgical procedures including extractions, implants, biopsies, and more
Prepare and maintain surgical instruments, equipment, and operatory rooms
Monitor patients pre- and post-op, ensuring comfort and safety
Take digital radiographs and intraoral scans as needed
Maintain accurate and confidential patient records
Educate patients on post-operative care and answer questions with compassion
Qualifications
Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) certificate or equivalent
Motivated to obtain a Dental Sedation Assistant Permit
Oral surgery experience preferred
