Responsibilities
Welcome and prepare patients for treatment
Set up and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms
Assist the surgeon during procedures
Take digital x-rays and maintain accurate records
Provide pre-op and post-op instructions to patients
Order and manage dental supplies
Handle lab tasks and correspondence with referring offices
Ensure treatment areas are clean, organized, and well-stocked
What We’re Looking For
Experience as a dental assistant (oral surgery preferred)
RDA certification and current BLS certification required
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with dental instruments and sterilization protocols
Team player with a proactive attitude
Tech-savvy and comfortable using dental software
