Job Description
Join our dynamic team at Orthologie Orthodontics, where we're dedicated to creating beautiful smiles and providing exceptional orthodontic care to our community. We specialize in providing braces and Invisalign treatment. We are a two location orthodontic office that prides itself on a culture of learning, growth, and excellence.
We are looking for a Full-Time Certified Dental Assistant (With Orthodontic Module). The position is full time (4-5 days per week) and is split between our two locations in Vancouver and Richmond. Candidates will need to work at both our Vancouver and Richmond office locations. Vancouver Address is 555 W 12th Ave #4, Vancouver (in City Square Mall). Richmond address is 5951 No. 3 Rd #320, Richmond. Parking or a transit subsidy will be provided.
Our office sees patients Monday to Friday and is not open on the weekend. The CDA shift schedule is typically between 8:45am to 5:45pm, except on Mondays and Wednesdays in Richmond where the shifts are from 9:30am to 6:15pm.
Extended health benefits, scrubs, and continuing education is provided. We have a great clinical team of CDAs and chairside assistants that work well together to ensure efficient clinic flow.

We have Cone Beam machines at both offices and use it to plan all our cases so we can see more, plan better, and treat smarter. We also use virtual monitoring so we can keep track of our patients’ progress and make treatment more convenient and efficient by having purposeful appointments. Our goal is to make our patients happy and provide an excellent work environment for our employees. We are constantly taking courses and learning to incorporate new techniques to provide better treatment for our patients. Key Responsibilities:
Full range of orthodontic CDA duties which include working with braces and Invisalign. Our office is primarily treating using Invisalign. For braces, we use Lightforce Braces and AO Self-ligating braces.
Take orthodontic records including CBCT x-rays, iTero scans, photos.
Sterilization
Educate patients about their treatment plans and oral hygiene practices.
Document treatment notes for appointments
Help with digital submissions, 3D treatment planning, and virtual monitoring patients’ treatments.
Requirements:
CDA license with orthodontic module
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Eagerness to learn and have a growth mindset.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team to contribute to overall clinical flow.
Commitment to providing outstanding patient care.

Willingness to help with creating content for office's social media
Ability to speak Mandarin or Cantonese is an asset.
