Job Description
Sing Orthodontics has an exceptional opportunity for a motivated orthodontic assistant excited to make a difference in our patients' lives. Job Details
- Job Type: Full-time, In-person.(Some traveling is required )

Conduct clinical appointments including, intra – oral photos, x-rays, performing routine wire changes, adjustments, virtual and in office Invisalign checkups and bite adjustments.
Provide outstanding communication to the patient for the treatment process.
Communicate with a high-level understanding of dental and orthodontic terminology.
Present participating behavior during staff meetings
Proven customer service skills, communication skills and experience handling sensitive matters with tact and diplomacy.
Analytical and problem-solving experience capable of exercising independent judgment and discretion while utilizing company policies and practices to determine appropriate action.
Experience interacting with all levels of a professional organization.
Self-starter and fast learner requiring minimal direction.
Proven attention to detail and accuracy.
Collaborative and excels in a team environment.
Proven computer skills including proficiency with MS Office applications.
Some travel is required this is calculated in the hourly pay we offer.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of one year in orthodontic assisting (Required).
- Language: Fluency in English (Spanish is a plus but not required).
- Travel: Willingness to travel 50% of the time (Required); travel is calculated into the hourly pay.
- Skills: Proven customer service and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle sensitive matters diplomatically. You must be a fast-learning self-starter who requires minimal direction.
