Orthodontic Assistant

A growing orthodontic practice looking for a full time Orthodontic Assistant. Our practice offers a modern and refreshingly friendly approach to orthodontics using the latest technology and patient first attitude. The candidate must possess the following skills and qualifications for successful employment:

•Positive Attitude a MUST

•2 years + experience working in an orthodontic office setting preferred

•Full-time schedule employment reliability

•Team player with the ability to adapt to various clinical situations and chairside tasks assigned by the Orthodontist.

•Excellent hand skills essential for performing basic clinical duties: banding, bonding, wire changing, and Invisalign procedures

•Maintain supply levels in clinical areas and oversee cleanliness in operatories and laboratory

•Provide patient care instructions and demonstrations as necessary

•Promote a team concept by helping other team members in other areas of the office when necessary (answering phones, scheduling patients, etc.)

•Experience taking digital X-rays, patient charting, and strong computer and typing skills

•Must be well spoken, highly professional, organized, and possess a cheerful personality
