What You'll Do
As an Orthodontic Assistant, you'll play a vital role in creating an outstanding experience for every patient.

Responsibilities include:
Welcome patients with warmth and enthusiasm, helping them feel comfortable from the moment they arrive.

Assist the orthodontist during patient treatment.

Take digital records, photographs, x-rays, and intraoral scans.

Assist with bonding, debonding, wire changes, aligner therapy, and appliance adjustments.

Sterilize instruments and maintain a clean, organized clinical environment.

Accurately document treatment in our practice management software.

Educate patients and parents on home care and treatment instructions.

Anticipate the doctor's needs and help the clinic flow efficiently.

Collaborate with teammates to provide a seamless, five-star patient experience.

Continuously look for ways to improve patient care, teamwork, and office efficiency.

Qualifications
Orthodontic experience preferred.

Dental assisting experience is a plus.

No orthodontic experience? That's okay! We're happy to train the right person who has a great attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for helping others.

Strong hand-eye coordination.

Excellent attention to detail.

Ability to stand for extended periods and work efficiently throughout the day.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are encouraged to apply.

Schedule
Full-Time is 4 days per week, approximately 7:15 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

This position travels between our Edmond and Midwest City offices. Currently, assistants spend approximately two-thirds of their time in Edmond and one-third in Midwest City. Reliable transportation and flexibility to work at both locations are required.
