Orthodontic Assistant

Responsibilities
Assist orthodontists during patient procedures by providing chairside support and managing instruments.

Utilize 3D scanners and X-ray equipment to capture accurate dental images.

Maintain patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and manage EMR systems.

Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care.

Support all ages of patients by creating a welcoming environment tailored to their needs.

Collaborate with the dental team to ensure optimal patient outcomes in orthodontic care.

Qualifications
Proficient in chairside assisting and orthodontic/dental terminology
Experience with 3D scanners and general dentistry practices
Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical documentation
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients of all ages.

A commitment to providing high-quality patient care in a friendly and professional manner.

CPR Certified
Current Dental Assisting License
Pay: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour
