Orthodontic Assistant

Looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and self-motivated clinical orthodontic assistant for 3-4 days a week in a fun, family friendly orthodontic practice with two office locations in Glen Ellyn and Schaumburg. Position does require traveling to both office and working at both locations. Clinical experience is highly beneficial. Applicants with cross trained experience working at the front desk and/or working as a treatment coordinator with new patient consults would be extremely beneficial and may increase hourly pay. On the job training in all aspects of the job will be provided. Job responsibilities include: chair side bonding and debonding of braces, delivery and removal of fixed orthodontic appliances, bonding Invisalign attachments, archwire adjustments, taking impressions, pouring stone models, taking panoramic and cephalometric radiographs, taking intraoral photographs, using iTero intraoral scanner, 3D printing resin models, and answering phone calls and scheduling patient appointments. New employees become eligible for bonuses after 6 months and 401k and paid vacation days after 1 year.
