Job Description
Meyer & Dana Orthodontics is looking for a friendly, hardworking Orthodontic Assistant to join our team!
At Meyer & Dana Orthodontics, we believe in creating confident smiles while building meaningful relationships with our patients and teammates. We are searching for someone who is positive, dependable, team-oriented, and passionate about helping others.
What You'll Do
Assist doctors during orthodontic procedures
Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments
Take records including photos, X-rays, and scans
Educate patients on oral hygiene and appliance care
Help create an exceptional patient experience
Work closely with a fun, supportive team environment
What We're Looking For
Orthodontic or dental assisting experience preferred (but willing to train the right person!)
Strong communication and people skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Dependable and professional

Requirements
Qualifications & Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required; completion of an accredited orthodontic assisting program preferred
Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, families, and the orthodontic team
