Location: Multiple Office Locations in Cedar Grove and Wayne, NJ

We are a friendly, patient-centered orthodontic practice seeking an upbeat, hardworking Orthodontic Assistant to join our team. Our ideal candidate is enthusiastic, dependable, and passionate about creating a positive experience for every patient.

Responsibilities:
Assist the orthodontist during clinical procedures
Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments
Take quality digital X-rays (must have valid X-ray license)
Take impressions, photos, and scans as needed
Educate patients on treatment procedures and oral hygiene
Track and manage inventory of clinical supplies
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment
Provide exceptional patient care with a positive, team-oriented attitude
Requirements:
Valid X-ray license (required)
CDA or RDA certification (required)
Previous orthodontic or dental assisting experience preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical setting
Professional, reliable, and upbeat demeanor
