Job Description

Seeking team-oriented dental assistant to join our orthodontic office. Upbeat, friendly attitude a must! Orthodontic experience a plus but willing to train the right candidate.

Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays 8am-6pm and Fridays 8am-5pm with one hour for lunch. Office closed on Wednesdays. One Saturday a month during the school year 8am-2pm, with Friday being closed if we are working the Saturday. Summer Friday hours 8am-2pm. Salary dependent on experience and qualifications.

RDA preferred. X-Ray license required or will consider if in the process of obtaining x-ray licensure.

Summary
Assistant to play a vital role in orthodontic procedures and enhancing patient care. Helping to create beautiful smiles in a collaborative, patient-focused, and state-of-the-art environment.

Responsibilities
Assist the orthodontist by preparing the operatory areas, managing instruments, and helping with treatment procedures
Computer experience needed to maintain patient records/charting
Utilize 3D scanners to capture accurate dental images
Capture of photographic and radiographic images
Maintain patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ensure proper documentation.

Ensure a clean and sterile environment and instruments pursuant to OSHA regulations
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
