Pesh Orthodontics is growing, and we're looking for an Orthodontic Assistant or Dental Assistant who wants to be part of a positive, high-performing team that genuinely enjoys taking care of patients.

This is not the right role for someone looking to simply clock in and clock out.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Assist the orthodontist during patient care procedures
Take records including photographs, radiographs, and digital scans
Help maintain efficient patient flow throughout the day
Educate patients on oral hygiene, appliances, and treatment instructions
Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked operatories
Accurately document treatment and update patient records
Assist with sterilization and infection control protocols
Support teammates and help wherever needed to ensure a great patient experience
Follow all OSHA, HIPAA, and California Dental Board requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

Active California Orthodontic Assistant Permit or Dental Assistant with x-ray license
Current CPR certification
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Preferred:

Orthodontic experience
Experience with iTero scanning
Spanish speaking is a plus
