Job Description
Our San Marcos location is seeking an Orthodontic Assistant to join our team 3 days a week! Opportunity for more with other specialties/travel.
Our team of specialists continue to be committed to providing the highest quality of customer service. We pride ourselves on being efficient and a fun, family oriented practice! Ortho experience is great but NOT Required. We are happy to train if you have a positive and friendly attitude!
We are open Monday to Thursday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Friday from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm.
Our ideal candidate for this position will have at least 2 years of experience working in a dental practice (Ortho is a plus!) BUT we are happy to train the right candidate. We are looking for someone with a solid work ethic, and is quick learner. Promptness and dependability are very important!
Compensation Package:
$20.00 - $28.00 per hour (DOE)
Job Type: Full Time or Part-Time(Flexible)
Summary of Essential Job Functions:
Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment
Fabricate retainers and study models with our 3-D printer
Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and tray setups for orthodontic procedures
Assist doctors with procedures.
Conduct work in compliance with office policies and procedures, safety, and OSHA guidelines
Record medical and dental histories and vital signs of patient
Participate in the achievement of patient satisfaction and office production goals by working efficiently and providing a high level of patient service
Spanish is a plus!
