Job Description

What You'll Do:
Braces & Beyond: Assist our orthodontists with the application, adjustment, and removal of braces, aligners, and retainers. You'll be the behind-the-scenes hero, ensuring every wire is just right.
Smile Support: Educate patients on proper dental care during their orthodontic journey—because a great smile starts with healthy habits!
Tech Savvy Teeth: Take impressions, X-rays, and digital scans like a pro. Your work helps us map out the perfect smile plan for our patients.
Cheerleader-in-Chief: Provide encouragement and support to our patients. Whether it’s a nervous child or an excited adult, you’ll be their biggest cheerleader from start to finish.
Team Player: Work closely with our fun-loving, highly skilled team to ensure our office runs like a well-oiled (and well-brushed) machine.
What You Bring:
Experience: Previous orthodontic or dental assisting experience is a big plus, but we're also open to training the right person with a can-do attitude and a love for all things dental.
Personality: You’re upbeat, personable, and love making others feel comfortable. Your energy is contagious!
Skills: Excellent hand-eye coordination, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks without dropping a toothbrush.
Customer Service: You have a knack for making people smile (before and after their treatment).
Education: A certificate in dental assisting is preferred, but your passion for teeth is what really counts.
