Orthodontic Assistant / Treatment Coordinator / Dental Assistant / Sterilization Technician

Our busy orthodontic practice is looking for a part or full-time orthodontic dental assistant / orthodontic treatment coordinator / Sterilization Technician to join our team. The right team member will be: reliable, proactive, positive, professional and have a strong desire to learn and grow within his/her role. We are looking for team players that are looking for a long-term position. We offer: excellent hourly compensation based on experience, paid lunch, paid holidays, paid time off and no weekend hours. We are also open to training the right candidate who is new to orthodontics.

Job Duties
Panoramic and Cephalometric Radiographs
Facial and Intraoral photographs
Assisting the Orthodontist with all chairside clinical procedures
iTero Digital Scanning
Placement and removal of separators
Placement and removal of archwires and alastics
Bonding procedures
Debanding procedures
Sterilization and Infection Control procedures
Making Essix retainers
Oral Hygiene Communication
Clinical charting and digital record keeping
Alginate impressions and wax bite
A current Massachusetts Dental Assisting license is a requirement for the position. A EFDA or CDA is a plus.
