Orthodontic Assistant (with minimally invasive surgery) - Full-time

We are seeking a highly motivated, confident, caring, orthodontic assistant RDA to join our airway team. It is a fantastic place to learn, grow, and work. My practice is a one-of -a-kind comprehensive airway, sleep, and breathing practice. It is the most rewarding work to transform patients and reverse their disease!

We will take great care of you every step of the way with education and training. This position includes assisting with MARPE placement, tad placement, frenectomies, minimally invasive surgeries.

Responsibilities are the usual suspects: taking care of patients as if they are family; chairside fully expanded orthodontic assisting, itero scanning, 3D digital imaging, photographs, records, patient education, some sterilizing, and more.

We have a full-time sterilization assistant.

Requirements:
WA state RDA license
At least 2 years of orthodontic chairside assisting
Ability to type proficiently and efficiently, with excellent grammar and punctuation.

Passion for working with children.

Team player with passion for learning, change, and truly making a difference in patient's lives.

General office hours are:
Mondays: 6:30 - 5
Tuesdays: 6:30 - 5
Wednesdays 6:30 - 5
Thursdays - 7:30-1
