Orthodontic Certified Dental Assistant

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Orthodontic Certified Dental Assistant to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in both braces and Invisalign, with a minimum of two years working in orthodontic practices.

Responsibilities
Placement and removal of attachments and buttons
Placement and removal of brackets and wires
iTero scanning, intra-oral photos, and extra-oral photos
Taking panoramic and ceph x-rays
Maintaining dental charting records
Inventory management of dental supplies
Completing submissions to Invisalign for doctor to create Clin Check
Experience
Certified Dental Assistant with Orthodontic certification required
Prior experience working in an orthodontic practice is highly preferred
Proficiency in Dolphin Management orthodontic software (preferred)
Strong understanding of dental assisting best practices, infection control, and safety protocols
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Schedule
2 days per week at Downtown Orthodontics (Monday & Wednesday)
2 days per week at Smiles Orthodontics (Tuesday & Thursday)
Availability for either 2 days at Downtown Orthodontics or 4 days between Downtown Orthodontics and Smiles Orthodontics
Pay: $38.00-$45.00 per hour
