Orthodontic Clinical Assistant
Fantastic opportunity for experienced Clinical Orthodontic Assistant at Chase Orthodontics. Full-time 4 days / week.

Job Requirements
Clinical Orthodontic Assistant job description & duties include (but not limited to):
Warmly welcoming and preparing patients for treatment
Providing directed clinical orthodontic care
Knowledge of orthodontic procedures and terminology
Taking digital facial and intraoral photographs and radiographs
Taking dental impressions and digital scans
Preparing teeth for bonding, bracketing and debonding
Assisting in the placement and adjustment of appliances such as: brackets, arch wires, removable appliances, elastomeric ties and aligner attachment
Sterilizing instruments and operatories
Maintaining orthodontic supply inventory
Charting of patient information
Advising proper post-operative instructions and patient education, focusing on oral hygiene to ensure lasting oral health, tooth alignment, and customer satisfaction
Maintaining strict compliance to infection control CDC, OSHA, and HIPPA
CDA (COA preferred), Radiology, CPR and Vaccine Certifications necessary
ONE YEAR clinical orthodontic assisting experience required. Ongoing training will be provided to augment orthodontic knowledge.
