Registered Dental Assistant – Full Time
Grimes, IA | Mann Orthodontics
Mann Orthodontics is seeking a Full-Time Registered Dental Assistant to join my fast-paced orthodontic practice. This position is well suited for a reliable, professional team member who values high-quality patient service and enjoys hands-on clinical care.
Our practice is committed to providing efficient, respectful, and attentive care to every patient. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a busy clinical environment while maintaining a calm, courteous, and service-oriented approach.
Pay & Benefits
$25.00–$30.00 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule
Monday–Thursday: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Occasional Fridays: 7:30 AM – 12:00 PM
Responsibilities
Assist Dr. Mann during orthodontic procedures
Provide attentive and efficient chairside care
Take digital photographs, 3D X-rays, and 3D impressions
Assist with placement, adjustment, and removal of orthodontic appliances
Educate patients and families on oral hygiene and appliance care
Maintain proper instrument sterilization and clinical organization
Support efficient patient flow and teamwork throughout the day
Qualifications
Registered Dental Assistant preferred
Graduating dental assisting students encouraged to apply
Strong communication skills with patients of all ages
Professional, courteous, and service-oriented
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical setting
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
