Job Description
Looking for a positive, team-oriented orthodontic assistant to join our modern, patient-focused office. New grads are welcome—we will train the right person.

Requirements
Active Dental Radiology Certificate
Positive attitude and strong communication skills
Dental assisting experience preferred (but new grads welcome)
Compensation & Growth
Starting pay based on experience
Monthly bonus + 6-month bonus + profit sharing
Expected total compensation growth (if you already have ortho experience, you will reach the goal sooner):
~$25/hr by end of Year 1
~$28/hr by end of Year 2
~$30/hr by end of Year 3

Six days per month are scheduled at our satellite office (~40 minutes away)
