Orthodontic Dental Assistant

Job description:
Barsoum Dental Upland is seeking a reliable, motivated, and friendly Orthodontic Assistant to join our team. Applicants must have at least 2 years of orthodontic assisting experience to be considered.

Duties will include but not limited to:
Assisting the orthodontist with a variety of procedures and appliance placements
Providing excellent patient care before, during, and after treatment
Taking digital radiographs (x-ray certification required)
Maintaining organized clinical setups and anticipating doctor needs during procedures
Ensuring proper infection control and sterilization protocols
Communicating with patients in a warm, professional manner
Multitasking efficiently in a fast-paced office environment
Collaborating with the team to ensure timely and efficient patient care
What We're Looking For:
Minimum 2 years of orthodontic assisting experience
Knowledge of orthodontic procedures and appliances
X-ray certification
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Excellent communication and patient care skills
