Orthodontic Dental Assistant

Our orthodontic practice is searching for a dedicated Orthodontic Assistant who can assist the orthodontist during appointments and help the practice run efficiently. Responsibilities include assisting with basic dental procedures, taking necessary x-rays, updating and maintaining patient records and reviewing proper care of orthodontic appliances and hygiene. Other duties include sterilization of equipment, lab work and preparing examination areas. Candidate must be reliable, friendly, and team oriented. Prior assisting experience is preferred but not required. Paid training is provided for motivated candidates eager to learn. Pay rate is based on experience and travel requirements. A uniform bonus is included. Local travel is required in the Washington and Bridgeville area.
