Moroco Orthodontics is a modern, technology-driven orthodontic practice committed to precision, consistency, and high-quality patient care. We are growing our clinical team and looking for a Dental or Orthodontic Assistant who is interested in building a long-term career in orthodontics.

Orthodontic experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate with dental assisting experience.

Responsibilities:
Assist chairside with braces, wire changes, adjustments, debonds, and aligner appointments
Learn and follow established orthodontic workflows and systems
Capture digital scans, intraoral photos, and orthodontic records
Provide efficient, professional patient care in a fast-paced environment
Maintain operatory readiness, infection control, and clinical standards
Work collaboratively with the orthodontist and clinical team
Experience & Skills:
Background in dental or orthodontic assisting
Interest in learning and advancing in orthodontics
Familiarity with dental terminology and chairside procedures
Comfort with paperless charting, and modern dental technology (digital scanners is a plus!)
Strong attention to detail, hand skills, and time management
Reliable, coachable, and motivated to grow professionally
