We are expanding our team and are currently looking to fill 2 positions:
Orthodontic Assistant / RDA
$17–$25/hour (based on experience)
Responsibilities include:
Assisting with orthodontic procedures (banding, bonding, archwire changes)
Taking diagnostic records (iTero, i-CAT, photos)
Providing exceptional patient care and customer service
Educating patients on oral hygiene
Maintaining accurate records and organized treatment areas
Scheduling follow-up appointments
Sterilization Technician
$10–$14/hour (based on experience)
Responsibilities include:
Instrument sterilization and infection control
Maintaining a clean, organized clinical environment
Supporting our clinical team
Providing excellent customer service
What We Are Looking For:

Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
Orthodontic experience is a plus, but we value the right attitude and willingness to learn!

Schedule:
Monday–Friday | Approximately 32–38+ hours per week
Flexibility with scheduling is required to meet our patients' needs.
