Are you passionate about creating beautiful smiles and making patients feel comfortable and cared for? Our growing orthodontic practice is looking for an Orthodontic Assistant who brings professionalism, positivity, and strong clinical skills to our team.
What You’ll Do:
Assist the orthodontist during procedures, including impressions, x-rays, bonding, and other hands-on tasks.
Prepare patients and treatment areas, ensuring smooth and efficient patient flow.
Maintain accurate clinical notes and update patient information.
Educate patients and parents about treatment progress, hygiene, and next steps.
Clean, sterilize, and maintain instruments and equipment following OSHA and HIPAA guidelines.
Support lab work, inventory management, and practice marketing efforts.
Be an active, team-oriented member who contributes to a positive and productive work environment.
What We’re Looking For:
State-approved clinical assisting and x-ray/imaging license.
CPR certification (Coronal Polish and Sealant certification preferred).
1–3 years of dental or orthodontic assisting experience.
Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
A friendly, professional demeanor and commitment to patient care.
