Orthodontic Assistant – Darien Orthodontics
Darien, CT | Full-Time or Part-Time
About Us
Darien Orthodontics is a newly reestablished, family-owned, single-doctor practice — not a corporate chain and not a revolving door. We’re building something long-term in the Darien community and are looking for the right person to grow with us from the ground up.
Our office is located in downtown Darien, steps from the Metro-North train station and the Corbin District — an easy commute and a great environment.
The Role
We’re looking for a confident, reliable orthodontic assistant who takes pride in their work and enjoys working with patients. You’ll work directly with the doctor at every visit in a focused, efficient clinical setting.
Responsibilities
Chairside assisting (brackets, wires, aligners, appliances)
Room setup, breakdown, and sterilization
Taking records (photos, scans, X-rays)
Digital scanning with iTero
Patient education (oral hygiene and appliance care)
Maintaining smooth and efficient clinical flow
Qualifications
DANB Infection Control Certificate
DANB Radiation Health and Safety Certificate

Darien Orthodontics, led by Dr. Daniel Jarrett, is a family-owned practice located in downtown Darien’s Corbin District. Dr. Dan personally sees every patient from the first consultation to the final appointment, offering braces and Invisalign in a comfortable, boutique setting.
