What You’ll Do
As an Orthodontic Assistant, you’ll play a HUGE role in helping create amazing smiles and positive patient experiences every single day.
Responsibilities include:
Assisting the doctor during orthodontic procedures
Taking digital scans, photos, and X-rays
Preparing patients for treatment
Educating patients and parents about treatment and oral hygiene
Building relationships with patients and making them feel comfortable and confident
Helping maintain an efficient and positive clinical flow
Collaborating with our incredible clinical and administrative team
Bringing positive energy and teamwork to the office every day
What We’re Looking For
The perfect fit for our team is someone who:
Has a positive, upbeat personality
Loves working with people and kids
Is dependable and consistent
Learns quickly and adapts easily
Has excellent time management skills
Is a team player with a strong work ethic
Takes pride in delivering an outstanding patient experience
Experience
Previous orthodontic or dental assisting experience is preferred but NOT required
If you have the personality, attitude, and work ethic, we can train you to become an amazing orthodontic assistant!

Work Schedule & Locations
This is a full-time position split between our two office locations. Team members typically work in one office two days per week and the other office two days per week and then 1-2 scheduled hours on an admin day.
Our offices are conveniently located about 15 minutes apart and utilize the same systems, technology, and workflows.
