Join Our Team as an Orthodontic Assistant!
At Runco Perih Orthodontics, we believe creating confident smiles starts with creating an exceptional patient experience. As NEPA’s premier orthodontic practice serving our community for more than 25 years, we are looking for an energetic, compassionate, and motivated Orthodontic Assistant to join our growing team!
Whether you’re an experienced orthodontic assistant, dental assistant, or EFDA looking to grow in a fast-paced specialty practice, we would love to meet you.
What You’ll Do
Assist the orthodontists during patient appointments and procedures
Take digital scans, X-rays, and photographs
Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment areas
Educate patients on orthodontic care and appliance instructions
Build positive relationships with patients and families
Help create a welcoming, organized, and efficient clinical environment
Work collaboratively with an upbeat and supportive team
What We’re Looking For
Dental experience required; orthodontic experience is a plus
DANB X-Ray Certification required
EFDAs encouraged to apply
Positive attitude and strong communication skills
A genuine passion for working with patients of all ages
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Team-oriented mindset and willingness to learn
