Orthodontic Dental Assistant – Las Vegas Braces (Full-Time, 5 Days/Week) 36 hours a week! Full Benefits - Schedule Below (subject to change with notice)
Mondays: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
Tues-Thurs: 7:00 am - 4:30 pm
Friday: 8:00 am - 12:00 pm
Join the energetic and patient-focused team at Las Vegas Braces, led by Dr. Griffiths! We’re seeking a Full-Time Orthodontic Dental Assistant to support our growing practice across three Las Vegas locations.
Position Overview:
As an Orthodontic Dental Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality orthodontic care and creating a positive experience for every patient. You’ll work side-by-side with our orthodontist and team, assisting with procedures, preparing treatment areas, and ensuring our patients feel comfortable and informed.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the orthodontist during procedures, including braces adjustments, aligner delivery, and appliance placement
Sterilize instruments and maintain operatory cleanliness
Educate patients on oral hygiene and appliance care
Take and upload digital x-rays
Document treatment progress and update patient records
Manage supplies and inventory
Support a fun, professional, and team-oriented clinical environment
Adhere to all safety, health, and compliance regulations (OSHA, HIPAA, Dental Board, etc.)
What We’re Looking For:
Orthodontic experience required
Positive, team-oriented mindset
Excellent communication and patient service skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting
Experience with Dentirx is a plus, but not required.
Bilingual in Spanish is also a plus, but not required.
Practice Locations:
You’ll rotate between our three Las Vegas offices:
North Las Vegas: 6365 Simmons St., Suite 110, Las Vegas, NV 89031
East Las Vegas: 4240 E. Charleston Blvd., Las Vegas, NV 89104
West Las Vegas: 8710 W. Charleston Blvd., Suite 150, Las Vegas, NV 89117
