Orthodontic Assistant (Bilingual Preferred):

What you’ll need to be our Orthodontic Assistant:
RDA license required
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
Comfortable working with children, teens, and adults in a clinical setting
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and a proactive attitude
Comfortable working one Saturday per month during the school year to accommodate family scheduling needs
What you’ll do as an Orthodontic Assistant:
Assist the orthodontist during patient procedures such as bonding, wire changes, and debonds
Capture and update diagnostic records, including X-rays, intraoral photos, and scans
Educate patients and parents on proper oral hygiene and appliance care
Maintain a clean and sterilized work environment, adhering to infection control protocols
Help manage clinical flow and patient scheduling to ensure efficient visits
Build positive relationships with patients to encourage compliance and long-term trust
Support the front office and treatment team as needed with a can-do, team-first mindset
