Orthodontic Dental Assistant – Fridays OnlyAbout the PositionAre you looking to pick up a high-paying, consistent Friday shift with an amazing team? We are a modern, full-service general practice with a Board-Certified Orthodontist on site, and we are looking for a skilled, positive, and efficient Orthodontic Dental Assistant to join us exclusively on Fridays.If you love orthodontics, thrive in a supportive team environment, and want to earn an exceptional rate while keeping the rest of your week open, this is the perfect opportunity for you!Compensation & Schedule
Pay Rate: $22.00 – $28.00 per hour (determined by your clinical orthodontic experience)
Schedule: Fridays only
Key Responsibilities
Chairside Orthodontic Assisting: Efficiently assist our orthodontist with a wide variety of comprehensive orthodontic procedures, including brackets, wires, and clear aligners (Invisalign). [1]
Clinical Excellence & Flow: Take high-quality digital impressions and scans (Trios 5 experience is a big plus!), maintain sterilization protocols, and keep the daily schedule running smoothly. [1]
Patient Education: Compassionately guide patients and parents through their care plans, oral hygiene instructions, and appliance maintenance.
What We Are Looking For
Proven Orthodontic Experience: Comfort and confidence handling orthodontic instrumentation, adjustments, and records.
Great Energy: A reliable, team-oriented professional with excellent communication skills who creates a warm, welcoming environment for patients.
Credentials: Applicable dental assisting certifications/licenses (X-ray, EFDA).
