Job Description
Orthodontic Dental Assistant (Level II)
Tolmie Orthodontics is looking for a friendly, motivated Level II Dental Assistant to join our amazing team!

Responsibilities
Assist our clinical team in delivering exceptional orthodontic care.
Prepare treatment rooms and maintain a clean, organized clinical environment.
Sterilize instruments and follow infection prevention and control protocols.
Take digital radiographs, photographs, and iTero scans (training available if needed).
Educate patients on oral hygiene and orthodontic appliance care.
Maintain accurate patient records using TOPS software.
Assist with inventory management and clinical organization.
Work collaboratively to ensure an outstanding patient experience.
Qualifications
Certified Level II Dental Assistant.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Positive attitude and strong team player.
Orthodontic experience is an asset, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
Experience with TOPS software is an asset.
Orthodontic Extended Duties certification is considered an asset.
Pay: $23.00-$33.00 per hour
