Part-Time | Three days per week

What You’ll Do
This role is ideal for an experienced orthodontic dental assistant who enjoys working directly with patients and supporting a fast-paced clinical environment.
Your Day-to-Day Will Include:
Assisting the doctor chairside during orthodontic and pediatric procedures
Taking digital X-rays, photos, and impressions/scans
Preparing and sterilizing instruments and maintaining organized treatment areas
Assisting with orthodontic procedures including bracket placement/removal, wire changes, and adjustments
Educating patients and parents on oral hygiene and orthodontic care instructions
Helping create a calm, positive experience for nervous patients
Maintaining accurate clinical records and treatment notes
Supporting teammates wherever needed — we believe in teamwork first

Must-Have Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
3+ years of ortho assisting experience
Orthodontic assisting experience required
Current RDA or CDA license
CPR certification
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work three days per week
Bonus Points For:
Experience in both orthodontic and pediatric dentistry
OpenDental experience
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
