We're looking for an experienced, motivated Lead Orthodontic Assistant to oversee day-to-day clinical operations and create an exceptional experience for every patient. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing orthodontic practice where your leadership, organization, and clinical skills will make a real impact.

We're looking for someone who:
Has prior leadership or lead assistant experience (preferred)
Has a current RDA in the state of Texas
Has excellent communication and organizational skills
Has a positive attitude with a strong work ethic
Is a team player with strong leadership abilities
Is able to multitask
Is punctual and reliable
Your role will include:
Leading and supporting the clinical assistant team
Assisting Dr. Bean during patient appointments and procedures
Placing and removing orthodontic appliances
Direct and indirect bonding
Managing the 3D printing workflow to create resin models
Fabricating Essix retainers
Taking digital scans (iTero), photographs, and x-rays
Ensuring clinic flow stays efficient and on schedule
Maintaining inventory and clinical supplies
Communicating with patients and families regarding treatment and home care
Helping to foster a positive, team-oriented work environment

Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
