Experienced Orthodontic Assistant
Dr. Roberson at Fogerty and Roberson Orthodontics is seeking an experienced, confident, team-focused Orthodontic Assistant who takes pride in doing things the right way.

This position works directly with Dr. Roberson and is dedicated to supporting his clinical schedule and patient care. He values efficiency, consistency, and a positive team environment. The right candidate understands that the clinical team sets the tone for the entire patient experience and takes that responsibility seriously.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
Assisting Dr. Roberson with bonding, adjustments, debonds, and clinical procedures
Taking digital scans, impressions, and radiographs
Providing coronal polishing and clear oral hygiene instruction
Preparing trays and treatment rooms with intention and accuracy
Maintaining organized, clean, fully stocked clinical areas
Supporting smooth patient flow so the schedule runs on time
Charting accurately and maintaining precise clinical documentation
What We’re Looking For
Current Coronal Polishing Certification
Tennessee dental assisting credentials
Orthodontic experience or significant dental experience is required
Excellent communication skills
Detail oriented and efficient
A team player who can stay calm and productive in a fast-paced setting
Positive, steady, and dependable
Compensation and Benefits
Full-time position
$21–$25 per hour based on experience
