Job Description
Join our well established orthodontic practice in the heart of Santa Clara! We are seeking a motivated individual who will support front desk operations, present treatment options, and assist patients with scheduling and financial coordination.
Responsibilities:
Assist front desk duties, including scheduling and coordinating patient appointments
Present different orthodontic treatment options to patients
Prepare and explain financial arrangements and payment plans
Address patient questions related to treatment and finances
Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including active listening
Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
Empathetic, professional, and patient focused
Willingness to learn and grow
Qualifications:
Positive attitude and willingness to collaborate and contribute within a team environment
Previous experience in dentistry or orthodontics preferred; training available for the right candidate
Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
