Key Responsibilities

Manage multi-line phone systems and schedule appointments
Maintain accurate and confidential patient records
Perform data entry and filing to keep systems organized
Qualifications
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office proficiency required)
Excellent customer service and phone communication skills
Ability to manage calendars and details with accuracy
