Duties
Greet patients warmly and manage the front desk with enthusiasm, creating a friendly and professional atmosphere
Answer multi-line phone systems promptly, providing accurate information and scheduling appointments with excellent phone etiquette
Coordinate patient appointments
Handle patient check-in and check-out processes, including verifying insurance information and updating records accurately
Maintain professionalism in all interactions while managing phone etiquette and providing exceptional customer support
Qualifications
Experience with front desk operations including multi-line phone systems and appointment scheduling software
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of dental or medical receptionist duties is advantageous; familiarity with orthodontic terminology is a plus
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
