5280 Orthodontics is growing and we are looking for a new long term team member! We are a boutique private practice offering premier orthodontics in the heart of Cherry Creek.

Personality is a must! We offer plenty of training and support!

Responsibilities include:
Providing exceptional, professional customer care to our patients
Overseeing the patient experience by answering the phone, scheduling appointments, responding to emails and voicemails
Greeting patients and introducing new patients to our practice
Record management ensuring patient photos, x-rays and correspondence is recorded in patient charts as received
Reaching out to patients that need appointments or have missed appointments
Monitoring patient status
Documenting Invisalign and lab cases when received in mail
Maintaining front office inventory
General office cleanliness as it pertains to patient perception
The successful applicant should:
Have strong people skills
Be highly organized and detail-oriented
Ability to analyze and problem solve with initiative to determine solutions
Ability to multi-task
Excellent communication skills and confidence
Pleasant on the phone
Task-oriented, goal-driven
Hours: average 36 hours week - four day work week with patients and a half day solo for administrative duties.
