Orthodontic Front End Specialist

We are excited to invite a dedicated and personable team member to join our growing orthodontic practice as a Front End Specialist. We are looking for someone with orthodontic or dental front office experience who is seeking a long-term position in a supportive, team-oriented environment. As with all roles in our office, personality and fit are just as important to us as experience.

At least 1 year of previous orthodontic or dental front office experience preferred
Consistent and flexible availability for three days per week rotating on a two week schedule

This role will include wearing many hats and supporting the practice in multiple front office capacities, including receptionist duties, scheduling, insurance and billing, treatment coordination, and financial coordination. The right candidate will be confident on the phone, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working closely with both patients and the clinical team.
