Orthodontic Front Office Position

We are a family-owned, high-quality orthodontic office seeking an enthusiastic front office team member. We're looking for someone who embraces our office values and is well-suited for a front desk receptionist and marketing coordinator role. The ideal candidate will have prior orthodontic office experience and a strong commitment to exceptional customer service.

Position Details:
5 days per week (Ideally)
2-3 days per week at the Liberty Lake Office
2-3 days per week at the South Hill Spokane Office
Monday-Thursday: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
Friday: 7:00 am - 12:30 pm
Greet and assist patients in a friendly, professional manner
Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls and texts
Schedule appointments and maintain the calendar
Manage office marketing and social media
Use Canva to create professional materials that support marketing efforts
Transcribe documents and accurately edit patients' charts
Use various office software and documentation systems
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing records
Beneficial Qualifications:
Previous front desk, treatment coordinator, or assisting experience in an orthodontic office
Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle various personalities in a friendly and professional manner
Proficient with computers, especially typing and proofreading office documents
