Job Description

We are happy to announce that we are hiring for a Front Desk/Clinical position at our small single-doctor orthodontic private practice!

In our quest to find the perfect addition to the practice, we are looking not only for experience, but also personality. We take pride in the cohesiveness of our office, and finding the right team member is imperative.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys both patient interaction and hands-on clinical care (which we will train the right candidate for). The ideal candidate is warm, organized, adaptable, and excited to be part of a growing private practice where every team member plays an important role.

Responsibilities Include:
Front Desk & Administrative Responsibilities
Answer phones and schedule appointments
Greet and check patients in and out
Discuss financial arrangements with patients
Assist with insurance verification and billing
Help maintain an efficient daily schedule and smooth office workflow
Provide outstanding customer service to patients and families
Pending your experience and interest, we will train you to add clinical responsibilities when we they are needed. Our ideal candidate would have some interest to learn this role!

Experience & Qualifications
Previous orthodontic and/or dental experience is highly encouraged, but not required
Experience as a dental receptionist or orthodontic assistant is a plus
Knowledge of dental terminology and anatomy preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
We believe in the careful selection of team members and are willing to train the right person with the right personality and work ethic.
