Our private orthodontic practice is seeking a dedicated Receptionist to work at both of our office locations (Aiea and Mililani). As a Receptionist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of a dental practice by welcoming patients, answering phone calls, managing patient appointments, working on patient insurance verifications, and patient payment plans.
Responsibilities
-Welcome patients and manage patient appointments
-Answering phone calls
- Utilize knowledge of dental terminology and procedures to assist in treatment planning and insurance coordination.
-Collect and post payments by the patient and their insurance
- Schedule and coordinate patient appointments efficiently
- Maintain accurate patient records using dental software systems
- Support clinical procedures by preparing treatment rooms and instruments
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure optimal patient care

Qualifications
High school or Equivalent (Preferred)
