About the Role
As our Orthodontic Receptionist, you will be the heart of our front office—setting the tone for every patient experience. You’ll manage scheduling, coordinate communication, and ensure each patient feels valued, heard, and comfortable from check-in to check-out.
Key Responsibilities
Greet patients warmly and provide an outstanding first impression
Manage incoming calls, texts, and emails with professionalism and empathy
Schedule appointments efficiently and confirm upcoming visits
Coordinate patient check-in and check-out processes
Verify insurance benefits and process payments
Maintain accurate patient records
Support the clinical team to ensure smooth daily operations
Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
What We’re Looking For
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and solution-oriented mindset
Experience in a dental or orthodontic office preferred (but not required)
Proficiency with practice management software is a plus
Basic computer knowledge required (outlook/email, word, excel, printing)
